Community Standards
Effective 28 March 2026 · Deeplay Pty Ltd
Deeplay is a social companionship platform designed to connect Explorers with Companions for meaningful social activities. These Community Standards are essential to keep our platform safe, welcoming, and compliant. By using Deeplay, you agree to uphold these standards and support our community values.
Our Core Principle
Deeplay is for social companionship only. This platform is not for dating, escort services, or adult content. We have a zero-tolerance policy for sexual, romantic, or adult use of any kind.
Deeplay exists to help people connect over shared interests—coffee, meals, city exploration, events, and more. All interactions must respect this core principle.
Respectful Behaviour
Every interaction on Deeplay should reflect dignity, courtesy, and respect. Be punctual, honour agreements, and treat every person with openness and kindness regardless of background, ethnicity, religion, gender, or beliefs. Respect boundaries at all times—both yours and others'.
Prohibited Conduct
The following behaviours are strictly prohibited on Deeplay:
3.1 Sexual or Adult Content
Requesting or offering sexual services, sending explicit or suggestive messages, using suggestive language, or attempting to arrange romantic or dating-focused interactions. Any sexual solicitation will result in immediate removal.
3.2 Harassment and Abuse
Verbal, written, or physical harassment; threats; stalking; hate speech; or discrimination based on any protected characteristic. We will not tolerate abusive behaviour in any form.
3.3 Fraud and Deception
Creating fake profiles, misrepresenting your identity or experience, posting false reviews, or manipulating the booking system. Fraud undermines trust and is prohibited.
3.4 Circumventing the Platform
Sharing personal contact details (phone, email, social media) to arrange bookings outside Deeplay, or accepting direct cash payments rather than using Deeplay's secure payment system. All transactions must go through our platform to ensure safety and trust.
3.5 Illegal Activity
Any illegal activity, drug use or distribution, or behaviour that endangers the safety of others is strictly prohibited and will be reported to authorities.
3.6 Alcohol and Substance Use
Moderate, responsible consumption of alcohol is acceptable during activities where appropriate. However, arriving intoxicated, excessive intoxication during activities, or pressuring others to drink is prohibited.
Profile Standards
Your profile must include a clear, recent face photo. No nudity, sexually suggestive content, or inappropriate images are permitted. Your bio should be accurate and honest. Do not post spam, external links, or promotional content unrelated to social companionship.
Messaging Standards
Keep messages respectful and relevant to the activity you're booking. Do not send explicit content or personal contact details—these are automatically filtered for your protection. Deeplay may review messages to ensure community safety. All users are expected to communicate professionally and kindly.
